Julie Nottage

Julie has taught safety classes and done ergonomic evaluations at NASA Ames since 2000. She also studied and practiced yoga for 9 years. Through yoga she was dealing with her health issues and stress but found the floor exercises cumbersome to do at work. She took a qigong class planning to interweave qigong exercise into her yoga practice when floor work was not possible. She found that where yoga was just helping her maintain her level of heath, qigong started healing her body and helped her regain health.Practicing qigong has generated her desire to share this benefit of practicing qigong with others.
